Trained as a social worker, I now play the roles of Enneagram Teacher, Somatic Practitioner, Coach, Healer, and Transformationalist. My work is to hold hope, inspire insight, and wield wisdom in service of your Inner Knowing so you can welcome your wholeness, transmit your truth, and broadcast your brilliance. I believe you can live a life that honors all of who you are and benefits humanity as a whole through learning to embody your clarity, purpose, and satisfaction.

There is power in welcoming, exploring, and sometimes surrendering to the inherent intelligence of all parts of ourselves. Through deep relationship, compassionate curiosity, somatic awareness, and (often) the framework of the Enneagram, I support seekers as they encounter their shadows, hold the tension of life’s paradoxes, and become responsive stewards of the ever-emerging present.

I hold a Masters in Social Work and I am a Certified Narrative Enneagram Teacher, Somatic Enneagram™ Facilitator, and Awaken Your Life Master Coach. I co-host the Enneagram Typecast and The Somatic Enneagram Podcast. I work with folks 1:1 and in group containers.
